Frequently Asked Questions:

Most adults seeking to reduce facial wrinkles and folds and restore volume are suitable candidates for Sculptra. However, a consultation with an injector is required to determine individual suitability.

Initial improvements, including glowing skin, can be observed within a couple months post-treatment. However, optimal results, including restored volume, typically manifest over 6-12 months as collagen production increases.

The effects of Sculptra can last up to two years, although individual results may vary based on factors like skin type and age.

Sculptra has minimal downtime. Common side effects are bruising and swelling at the injection site, which typically subsides within a few days to weeks.

Before the treatment, avoid taking blood-thinning medications or supplements, dental procedures, vaccines, or vaccine boosters. After the treatment, gently massage the treated areas several times a day for several days.

A highly trained professional will administer the injectable into the targeted areas during the Sculptra session. The process is relatively quick, and discomfort is minimal, often alleviated with a topical anesthetic.

It depends on the treatment. Any aesthetic service that causes any kind of downtime (i.e. dermal filler or Sculptra, Kybella, laser, BBL, microneedling, Vivace, chemical peels) requires a consultation first. It’s important that our providers assess your skin and goals in detail to ensure the appropriate treatments are selected for you and that you and your skin are adequately prepared. Treatments that CAN be done in conjunction with a consultation the same day include dermaplaning, HydraFacial, DiamondGlow and Botox.

We can help! Schedule a consultation with one of our providers and they will create a custom treatment plan to address your skin concerns and help you reach your goals.
